I am a man of perception and creativity , worked over 35 overs in different private concerns of different managements.All are eventually private and I have no public sector exposure.
I started as a Lab chemist in M/S Southern Steel Limited in 1973 July after completing my graduation at Vizag and I joined my first Job in M/S Southern Steel Limited in 1973 after my graduation. I have started my career as Lab Asst and retired as Dy Manager Quality Control/information Technology.
During the cource of my tenure I have seen ups and downs .
Actually my career started at the age of 36 after I have Joined Jindal Strips as Chemist A very good opportunity given by Managing Director Sri Sajjan Jindal , I learnt there testing and played a very important role in making Jindal Lab and Quality Control Department.
Apart from Quality I also played a role in Pollution Control when Jindal was in the initial stages . And the thrid stage and of course is the Computerization of Quality Control Department and later Total Organisation which has given good Exposure in the Organization. I am happy that my name is still prevalent in the Organization even after i left way back in 2002.
I will be giving information about my valuable experiences in the Organization Actually my career has started with Jindals basically, even though I have started my career in 1973 at Southern Steel In Hyd Actual my career turned In Jindal from 1986.
I learn t a lot of things in Jindal and acquired Good Knowledge Production,Quality,Administration, and Information Technology Concept of Implementing of System .I have acquired good Knowledge of Chemical Testing ,Physical Testing ,Inspection, and of course Information Technology and System Implementation.
The Period between 1993-2002 is a golden period where i got a lot of Lot of Exposure in the Organisation.In 1993 I have started implementing System designed by Local IT Department accel release system which is built on Lotus . The Department Quality Control has to give Material acceptance in order to get the material despatched.It is used to be manual, and i with the IT Dept changed over to Computerised as well as TC generation. Then slowly and steadily Stock, Test Certificate generation and Packing Slip in Despatch and of Cource the Excise Invoice generation also has been generated from System.
Then the Mgt purchased a System Ramco Marshal a window Based Software and I have played a major role in the Implementation and finally in 2000-2002 I was transferred to Information Technology to rejuvenate the Implementation. Unfortunately due to the policy of Management forced to leave the Organisation taking Voluntary Retirement In 2002.
